Reflecting on the situation, Compton admitted he initially brushed it aside. He explained that he “didn’t think nothing of it” until he realized that “everybody else” seemed to have been invited.

Although Lewan joked that he was “taking the high road,” he admitted he couldn’t help noticing several attendees he hadn’t expected.
“Is this a personal shot that Will and I are taking?” he asked per Page Six, while mentioning that San Francisco 49ers star George Kittle’s mother had also attended.
Looking through the guest list, Lewan became increasingly puzzled.
“I’m looking at these names,” the former NFL player said. “Yo, we’re boys, I’ve known you for over 10 years. We text and call each other. I’m clearly doing something wrong in our friendship, clearly something wrong. … There’s clearly a blind spot I’m not seeing.”
To show there were no hard feelings, Lewan displayed his most recent text exchange with Kelce after the wedding.
He had sent the Kansas City Chiefs star his “congratulations.” Kelce replied, “Thanks, brother.”
Although Lewan even recorded a voice message asking about the missing invitation, he ultimately decided not to send it.
