Joining Pamela as she promoted her The Last Showgirl drama, Miley sizzled in a skintight, corseted minidress with a sheer bodice, flashing her chest while posting her look on Instagram. The Grammy winner’s fans, who have watched her go through her scruffy Plastic Hearts era to emerge as a bombshell for her 2023 “Flowers” one, had mixed thoughts. One celebrated the fact that Miley was “looking hot again.”
